First phase: Coach Development Programme/National Junior Development Programme
Following an extensive collaboration with the FIP Development team and the PadelCV. We are thrilled to announce the dates for the launch of the National Junior Development Pathway.
After months of collaborating on the format and development of the initiative to work alongside the pioneers of Padel to develop our Junior players and follow a tailor-made programme, we are ready to go!!!
July 4th – 7th 2024 we will welcome the expert team here to Ireland to work alongside the PFI to train and mentor our coaches so that we can deliver the best to our junior players.
We want to thank Rockwell Financial who have come on board to support this Junior development programme with the Padel Federation of Ireland for what will be an important milestone for Junior Padel development.
July will kick-off the start of the 10 month programme that will see us work alongside the experts.
Places are limited with first allocations to the following – Clubs currently running or establishing Junior Padel coaching programmes in Ireland and PFI certified coaches currently working with Junior players in Ireland.
This course is fully subsidised and is an amazing opportunity for Junior Padel development in Ireland.
