Submit Your Coach Profile
This page is for coaches who want their public coach profile listed in the PFI Find a Coach directory, or who need to update an existing public profile. Coach licence questions and new applications should go through the coach licence guidance.
Returning coaches can sign in and choose Coach Profile from the dashboard.
Before you start
- Coach identity and status: Confirm the name you want shown publicly, your coach licence or application status, your coaching qualification details, and any relevant PFI or FIP coaching background.
- Public profile details: Prepare a short coach bio, your coaching levels, coaching styles, playing groups you support, and any clear profile information that helps players choose the right coach.
- Locations and availability: Gather your county, coaching base, home club if relevant, areas served, availability, session types and rates.
- Public contact preferences: Decide which email, phone, WhatsApp, website or social links you are happy to show publicly.
- Review-only declarations: Be ready to answer insurance and Garda vetting declaration questions where they apply. PFI may request clarification privately if needed.
Coach bio guidance
A useful 200-word coach bio explains your coaching background, who you work with, where you coach, your style, and the qualifications or experience most relevant to players, parents and clubs.
Profile image guidance
Use a clear, recent image you are happy to appear publicly. Avoid group photos, photos of minors, screenshots, heavily branded graphics, or images where you do not have permission to publish them.
How PFI reviews your profile
PFI reviews coach profile submissions before they appear publicly. The review focuses on accuracy, public clarity, appropriate contact details, and whether the profile is useful for people looking for coaching support.

Coach profile FAQs
Do I need a coach licence before submitting a profile?
Your public coach profile should be connected to the appropriate PFI coach licence or application status. If you are unsure, start with the coach licence guidance.
Can I update my profile later?
Yes. Where portal access is available, approved coaches can manage future profile updates through the PFI Padel Portal.
Which contact details are public?
Only the contact details you choose for public enquiries should appear on your coach profile.
Should I upload Garda or insurance evidence?
No. Use the portal declarations only. If evidence is required, PFI will request it privately through an approved route.
Why is my profile not visible yet?
New and updated profiles need PFI review before public details appear in the Find a Coach directory.
Sign in, then choose Coach Profile from your dashboard.
