PFI statutes published on the live federation site describe the organisation as the Padel Federation of Ireland and set out its purpose to promote, organise, and develop padel throughout Ireland.

The statutes also describe international representation, affiliation with the International Padel Federation, inclusive programmes, national tournaments and leagues, coaching, umpiring, facilities, and regulation of the sport.
