Club profile FAQs

Should I submit a club listing or apply for affiliation?

A basic listing is for essential public directory details. Club affiliation is for clubs seeking formal PFI status, profile benefits, badge recognition, community event eligibility, and federation support.

Can a non-affiliated venue appear in the directory?

Yes, a venue can be reviewed for a basic directory listing where PFI is satisfied that the public information is accurate.

Can affiliated clubs submit community events?

Where portal access and club eligibility are enabled, affiliated clubs can submit community events for PFI review. Approved events may appear publicly on the Community Events calendar. If your club is not yet affiliated or does not have portal access, contact PFI first.

Who can update a club profile?

PFI may need to confirm that the person submitting or requesting changes has authority to represent the club or venue.

What information is public?

Public information may include club name, location, court details, public contact links, opening hours, facilities, services, approved images, and approved badges.

Can we add images, social links, services, and opening hours?

Yes. These richer profile details are handled through the PFI Padel Portal where available, especially for affiliated clubs.

How do affiliation or Padel League badges appear?

Badges appear only when PFI has approved the relevant affiliation or Padel League status for the club.

Why is our club profile not visible yet?

New listings and profile changes may need PFI review before they appear publicly in the club directory.
