Host a Tournament
Tournament and community event submissions are now managed through the PFI Portal. Affiliated clubs and approved organisers can submit events from their portal dashboard for Padel Federation Ireland review.
How tournament hosting works
- Eligibility first: Tournament submissions are intended for active affiliated clubs, PFI admins, and other approved organisers.
- Review before publication: PFI checks organiser details, venue information, dates, divisions, ranking status, and calendar fit before an event is published.
- Portal direction: Tournament submission access is linked to club affiliation or approved-organiser status. PFI can confirm the correct portal or review route for your organisation.
Approved tournaments can appear in the public tournament calendar. Hosted-event visibility on a club profile is an affiliated-club feature.
Submit through the PFI Portal
Use the portal route if you are submitting on behalf of an affiliated club or approved organiser. Submissions stay review-led and nothing is published automatically.
Open the Padel Portal
Affiliated clubs and approved organisers can submit community events through their portal dashboard. Official tournament calendar entries remain PFI-admin controlled.
