Federation Purpose
Padel Federation Ireland is the national federation structure supporting the growth and organisation of padel in Ireland. Its work spans participation, club development, coaching, competitions, registration, licences, safeguarding, and public governance.
The federation mission is built around growth, excellence, access, sportsmanship, community, education, sustainability, international collaboration, and innovation.

Development Priorities
PFI development work connects everyday participation with the formal structures of the sport. That means helping people find places to play, supporting club growth, developing coaching and officiating routes, and making competition pathways easier to understand.
