Player licence and registration

The adult player licence is the main registration route for players aged 18 and over. It supports recognised federation records, competition pathways, licence status checks, and renewal reminders.

  • Current adult player licence price is EUR 18 per year
  • Licence lookup uses licence number and registered email
  • PFI may review licence status under the relevant federation process
  • The public licence checker uses a neutral invalid message where a licence is not valid

Junior licence and family consent

Junior registration is for players up to age 17. The route keeps consent, parent or guardian contact details, and privacy-aware handling at the centre of the process.

  • Junior player name and date of birth
  • Parent or guardian email and phone contact
  • Junior-specific terms and consent
  • Safeguarding and child protection links where needed

Renewals and licence status

Player licences renew manually each year. The portal gives players a clear route to check licence status, renew when eligible, and keep registration details current.

  • Active and expired status checks
  • Renewal action when the licence is eligible
  • Email reminder support through the portal
  • Account details managed through the PFI Padel Portal where available

What registration supports

PFI registration helps connect players, clubs, coaching, competitions, rankings, and national development under one federation structure.

  • Recognised player registration
  • Cleaner rankings and competition data over time
  • Better communication with players and clubs
  • A stronger base for development programmes
